These Terms of Service govern your use of the website masterillusionsed.com and any property condition documentation services provided by Master Illusions, located at En frente a Automotor, Monseñor Rodriguez, 5 con Km 4, Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Master Illusions provides property condition documentation services. These services consist of:

• On-site inspection of rental properties using professional photography equipment.
• Systematic documentation of property elements including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, plumbing installations, electrical installations, appliances, and outdoor areas.
• Preparation and delivery of a structured condition report, digitally signed and timestamped.

Our services are strictly informational and documentary in nature. We do not provide legal advice, real estate services, property valuation, or dispute mediation of any kind.

2. Scope and Limitations

The property condition report produced by Master Illusions:

• Documents the observable condition of the property at the time of inspection.
• Is based on visual observation only. We do not conduct structural engineering assessments, invasive inspections, or technical evaluations requiring specialized professional licensing.
• Does not constitute a legal opinion or expert witness report.
• Does not assign responsibility, fault, or liability to any party.
• Is delivered to the client who commissioned the service. How the report is used is entirely the client's responsibility.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client who commissions a documentation service is responsible for:

• Ensuring that access to the property is lawfully arranged for the inspection date.
• Providing accurate property address and contact information.
• Ensuring that the presence of Master Illusions personnel at the property is authorized by all relevant parties.
• Using the report in accordance with applicable Paraguayan law.

4. Payment

Service fees are agreed upon prior to each inspection. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Master Illusions reserves the right to withhold report delivery until payment has been received in full.

5. Confidentiality

Reports produced by Master Illusions are delivered exclusively to the commissioning client. We do not share report contents with third parties without the client's written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, written observations, and report documents produced by Master Illusions remain the intellectual property of Master Illusions until full payment is received, at which point the client receives a license to use the report for their own purposes. Resale or redistribution of reports without authorization is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Master Illusions' liability in connection with any documentation service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or interpretation of a property condition report. The report is an informational document and does not carry any warranty regarding legal outcomes.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Inspection appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Website Use

The content on masterillusionsed.com is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
